phpMyAdmin 3.1.0

Après une version Beta et une version RC sorties la semaine dernière (et non annoncées ici), phpMyAdmin arrive enfin en version 3.1.0 finale.

This version has a new setup mechanism and supports BLOBstreaming and the Swekey hardware authentication.
